Cookie Policy

Version 1.0Last updated 1 June 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website or use a web application. They help the application remember your preferences, maintain sessions, and understand how you interact with the platform.

2. How We Use Cookies and Local Storage

The E&E WORK TMS platform uses browser local storage and session storage rather than traditional HTTP cookies. These are used for the following purposes:

Authentication Session

Supabase authentication tokens are stored in local storage to maintain your logged-in session. These are essential for the platform to function and cannot be disabled.

Essential

Remember Email

If you select "Keep me signed in for 30 days", your email address is stored locally under the key tms_remember_email to pre-fill the login form on future visits.

Preference

Legal Consent Records

When you accept the Terms & Conditions or GDPR consent during registration, the timestamp, version number, and consent status are stored locally under tms_consent_terms and tms_consent_gdpr.

Functional

3. Third-Party Storage

Supabase, our authentication and database infrastructure provider, may set its own session tokens as part of the authentication process. These are governed by Supabase's own privacy and cookie policies. We do not use any third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.

4. Managing Your Preferences

You can clear local storage at any time through your browser's developer tools or privacy settings. Note that clearing authentication tokens will log you out of the platform. You can also use your browser's settings to block storage; however, this may prevent the platform from functioning correctly.

5. No Tracking or Analytics Cookies

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking, advertising, or behavioural analytics tools on this platform. Your usage data is not shared with advertisers.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as the platform evolves. The version number and last updated date at the top of this page reflect the current revision. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
