Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the E&E WORK Transport Management System ("TMS"), operated by E&E WORK LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the TMS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorised to operate as a transport professional, logistics company, or associated support staff in the United Kingdom to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. E&E WORK TMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

4. Platform Use

The TMS platform may only be used for lawful purposes related to transport management, driver compliance, fleet operations, and associated logistics activities. You must not:

  • Use the platform to store or transmit unlawful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform or its infrastructure
  • Reproduce, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission

5. Company Connections

Drivers and staff may connect to transport companies through the platform. All connection requests are subject to approval by the relevant company. E&E WORK TMS is not responsible for any employment, contractual, or payment arrangements between connected parties.

6. Digital Signatures

Electronic signatures submitted through the platform for forms, declarations, and compliance documents are legally binding. By submitting a signature, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the contents of the relevant document.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, E&E WORK LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
